Routine and preventive care: vaccinations, worming, flea treatment, neutering, routine dental cleaning
Pre-existing conditions
Behavioural therapy and behaviourist referrals. Medical investigation and treatment of a symptom (for example feline idiopathic cystitis) is illness, even where stress is a factor
Alternative and complementary therapies
Third-party liability, loss, theft, travel, boarding or death (none of these at launch)
Pre-existing conditions are excluded — which is why the day to join is a day when nothing is wrong.
